図面は本発明に係る並列接続シリンダの同調方
法を実施した車輌整備用リフト装置を示したもの
で、第1図はリフト装置全体の斜視図、第2図は
油圧回路図、第3図はシリンダ装置に取り付けら
れた判別機構の説明図、第4図は制御機構の電気
回路説明図、第5図a,b,cは左右の判別機構
から発せられるパルス波形の組み合わせパターン

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 並列接続された複数のシリンダ装置夫々に、
    進退可動部と固定部のいずれか一方へ進退方向に
    沿つて山と谷とを所定ピツチで交互に設けた鋸刃
    状目盛を設けると共に、他方の特定箇所へ、その
    特定箇所に対応する前記鋸刃状目盛の部位が山か
    谷かを判別してその判別信号をパルス出力させる
    判別機構を設け、各判別機構からのパルス波を、
    金シリンダ同調作動時におけるパルス波の組み合
    わせと比較して所定範囲を越えたずれを検知した
    場合に、各シリンダへ供給する流体の量を制御し
    てずれを修正することを特徴とする並列接続シリ
    ンダの同調方法。 2 並列接続された一対のシリンダ装置夫々の進
    退可動部に、進退方向に沿つて山と谷とを所定ピ
    ツチで交互に設けた鋸刃状目盛を設けると共に、
    固定部の特定箇所へ、リミツトスイツチをそのア
    クチユエータが前記鋸刃状目盛の波形をトレース
    するように取り付け、アクチユエータが谷部に位
    置するとパルス波を出力する目盛判別機構を、シ
    リンダ同調作動時にその検知信号が互いに1/2ピ
    ツチずれるように設け、前記各目盛判別機構から
    のパルス波を、両シリンダ同調作動時におけるパ
    ルス波の組み合わせと比較して所定範囲を越えた
    ずれを検知した場合、作動が早いシリンダへ流体
    を供給する回路を絞り作動させてそのシリンダに
    対する流体の供給量を減らすことによりずれを修
    正することを特徴とする並列接続シリンダの同調
    方法。
