緩衝板の変更例を示すもので、夫々ａは正面図、
ｂは平面図、第８図は従来の熱交換器を示す要部
破断斜視図である。 １ａ……外胴、１ｂ……内胴、４……ガス入口
ノズル、７……伝熱管、９……切欠きバツフル、
１４，１５……緩衝板、１６……細孔。

Claims (1)
- 外胴下部のガス入口ノズルから内胴内に流入し
た高温、高速のガス流体が一定間隔に設けられた
切欠きバツフル間の伝熱管間隙を通つて方向変換
し乍ら上昇し伝熱管内の冷却水と熱交換する高温
流体用熱交換器に於いて、ガス入口ノズルと伝熱
管群の間又は伝熱管群を挟むように伝熱管群の入
口及び出口に、多数の細孔を有する多孔板より成
る緩衝板を、伝熱管と平行に流入ガスの全量が通
過するように設けたことを特徴とする高温流体用
熱交換器。
