ーブ形熱交換器の要部断面図、第２図は従来のフ
イン付チユーブ形熱交換器の要部を示す断面図で
ある。第３図は従来の一般的な冷凍回路図である
。 図において、１はフイン付チユーブ形熱交換器
、２は伝熱管、２ａは伝熱管２の流入口部、及び
流出口部、２ｂは拡管部、２ｃは二重管部、３は
伝熱フイン、３ｂは熱媒体の流入側、または流出
側管板４に近接する伝熱フイン、４は管板、４ａ
は管板の挿通孔部である。なお、各図中同一符号
は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱媒体が通る伝熱管と、この伝熱管が挿通され
    、それぞれ所定の空隙を保持して順次並設された
    多数枚の伝熱フイン及びその両側に位置する管板
    とを備えたフインチユーブ形熱交換器において、
    少なくとも、上記熱交換器に供給される熱媒体が
    流入する伝熱管の流入口部、または流出する流出
    口部のいずれかに二重管部を形成し、この二重管
    部が上記熱媒体の流入側、または流出側管板に近
    接する伝熱フインの挿通孔部に位置するように構
    成すると共に上記伝熱管の流入口部、または流出
    口部が挿通されている上記管板の挿通孔部の孔径
    を、この挿通孔部に位置する上記伝熱管流入口部
    、または流出口部の外径より大きくしたことを特
    徴とするフインチユーブ形熱交換器。
