    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 炉体１の頂部に突設された廃油バーナ取付用又
    は覗窓取付用のノズル３に、廃油バーナ１３又は
    覗窓５と並列に粒状廃棄物投入口６を設けた中空
    筒４を取付けるとともに、この中空筒４の内部に
    はノズル３より上方へ炉内ガスが上昇してくるこ
    とを防止するエアノズル８を設けたことを特徴と
    する放射性廃棄物焼却炉。
