    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部を燃焼室とした炉本体と、この炉本体の上部に設け
    られ開口した下端面を介して上記燃焼室に連通ずる内部
    が煙道部に形成された缶状体と、この缶状体の上端面を
    閉塞する上部壁の周辺部に一端が接続され他端が上記缶
    状体の上方に立設された排煙筒に接続された導管とを具
    備した焼却炉。
