Claims (1)
力部の出力を受けるゲインステージ部と、該ゲイ
ンステージ部の一方の出力を受けて電流増幅を行
い、その出力を演算増幅器の出力とするダイアモ
ンドバツフア部と、該ダイアモンドバツフア部の
ドライブ回路と同一の構成を持ち、前記ゲインス
テージ部の他方の出力を受けるダミーのドライブ
