に支障をきたす懸念がある。更に出湯口の閉塞を
ストツパーロツドで行つているため、該ストツパ
ーロツドの損耗による寿命の点、或るいは閉塞の
確実性に困難が伴うと共に、このストツパーロツ
ドの影響で溶湯の流れに乱れが生じる為、出湯流
が酸化しやすく且つスラグを巻き込み易いという
弱点がある。その他前記出湯用補助室は炉本体と
一体構造となつている為、該出湯用補助室の取外
し交換ができないので、該出湯用補助室の内張り
耐火物の補修のためのアーク炉の操業停止時間が
長く必要でありアーク炉の稼働率の低下をきたし
生産性が悪い。
