タ、７はカンチレバー、１０は光センサである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光学ヘツドと一体的にデイスクの半径方向に移
    動するように取付けられた磁場発生用コイルをデ
    イスク面と直交する方向に電磁駆動手段によつて
    制御可能となすと共に、上述電磁駆動手段を上記
    デイスク面に接触するように附勢されたカンチレ
    バーの変位を検出する非接触型位置センサの出力
    によつて駆動することにより上記デイスク面と上
    記磁場発生用コイルの間隔を一定に保持するよう
    にしたことを特徴とする光磁気デイスクドライブ
    装置。
