Claims (1)
- 回転体にインデツクス信号を発生する着磁体を
設け、上記着磁体の磁界を検出する磁気感応素子
を回転体と対向する基板のパターン上に固定して
接続すると共に、上記磁気感応素子に上記着磁体
の磁界を集束する磁性体からなる集束部材を上記
基板に対し回転体の移動方向に平行に移動可能に
配設してなる回転体の位置検出機構。
