- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスク装置のヘツドを移動するために用いら
れるリニアモータにおいて、 駆動用マグネツトに細かいピツチで磁着を施す
とともに、該磁着部に対向するコイルを備えたキ
ヤリツジに磁束変化を捕らえる磁気変化検知手段
を配置したことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
