トとして形成されている場合の燃焼室シヤフト及
び蒸気ボイラ下部の垂直断面図であり、第２図は
ガス流入管のセラミツク内部構造物を有する第１
図に相当する断面図であり、第３図は傾斜底及び
それを取囲むボイラ部分がセラミツク材料でライ
ニングされている場合の第１図による断面図であ
る： １……燃焼室シヤフト、２……ガス流入管、３
……蒸気ボイラー、４……ガス流出管、５……燃
焼室、６……フランジ継手、７……水冷二重ジヤ
ケツト、１０……傾斜底、１３，２４……外壁、
１２……補償装置、１６……灰分ホツパー、１７
……突固め材料、１８……ライニング、２２……
内部構造物、２６……傾斜底、２７……灰分ホツ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ １個以上のバーナー及びそれらの下に配置さ
    れた燃滓排出口を有する燃焼室ならびに燃焼室の
    次に接続された、放射部及び接触部を有する蒸気
    ボイラーより構成されていて、この際蒸気ボイラ
    ーの放射部が燃焼室シヤフトの垂直軸に対して平
    行な軸を有しかつ連行されて、ガス流の減少され
    た帯域で分離される煙灰、燃滓等用の傾斜面を有
    する排出装置が設けられており、更に燃焼室シヤ
    フトが、このものの横断面よりも大きい放射部の
    横断面に対して偏心的に配置されておりかつ燃焼
    室シヤフトと並んで放射部の底部に排出装置が接
    続配置されていることより成る微粒状炭素燃料用
    ガス発生炉において、蒸気ボイラー３に付属され
    、燃焼室５に付属されたガス流出管４と固定接合
    されている燃焼室シヤフト１のガス流入管の内壁
    が水冷二重ジヤケツト７又はセラミツク内部構造
    物２２から構成されており、この際内壁７，２２
    が傾斜底１０，２６を通つて軸方向に移動可能に
    蒸気ボイラー中に突出し、他方外壁１３，２４が
    補償装置１２を備えておりかつ傾斜底及びガス流
    入管とガス流出管との接合部６の範囲で固定され
    ていることを特徴とする前記微粒状炭素燃料用ガ
    ス発生炉。 ２ 傾斜底１０に接続する灰分ホツパー１６がセ
    ラミツク材料１７，１８でライニングされている
    請求項１記載のガス発生炉。 ３ 傾斜底２６及びこれを取囲むボイラー部分２
    ７がセラミツク材料２９，３０でライニングされ
    ている請求項１項又は請求項２記載のガス発生炉
    。
