中央穴に係脱可能に係合するハンガー部材をこの
ハンガー挿入孔から前記スペアタイヤ支持装置本
体の外部側に突出される前記スペアタイヤの装置
位置から前記スペアタイヤ支持装置本体の内部側
に収納される収納位置まで突没可能に設けたこと
