ンの周囲にバネ材を縮設し、さらに前記ハウジン
グに回動自在に枢着されかつ前記加工物をクラン
プするための親爪に脚部を形成し、該脚部を前記
マンドレルに設けた凹所に係合させ、前記ピスト
ンの往復動によつて前記親爪を回動させることを
