る弾性部材と、 機関のイグニツシヨンスイツチオン時、スロツ
トル弁を吸気通路全閉位置に作動せしめると共に
、上記イグニツシヨンスイツチオフ時、スロツト
ル弁を上記全閉位置より機関運転時のスロツトル
弁開弁方向と逆なる方向の所定位置に作動せしめ
るストツパ装置と、を備えたスロツトル弁制御装
