Claims (1)
- 目標を撮像するための固定可視カメラと、固定
可視カメラからの信号をコントラスト差によりデ
イジタル画像処理しデイジタル画像画素情報を出
力する画像処理器と、メモリトリガによりメモリ
２へ保有するメモリデータを転送し、同時に画像
処理器からの画像画素情報を新たに格納するメモ
リ１と、メモリトリガによりメモリ１からのメモ
リデータを格納するメモリ２と、メモリ１にデイ
ジタル画像画素情報を格納するか否かの制御およ
びメモリ１からメモリ２へのデータの転送を制御
するメモリトリガを発生するメモリトリガ発生器
と、メモリ１とメモリ２のデイジタル画像画素情
報を比較し両者に違いがある場合に移動体がある
と判断しデイジタル画像画素情報を記録器へ転送
する画像比較器と、画像比較器からのデイジタル
画像画素情報を記録する記録器と、常時固定可視
カメラからの信号をデイジタル画像処理したもの
をモニタする表示器からなり、デイジタル画像処
理された画素情報を比較することにより移動体と
判断する手段と移動体がある時のみデイジタル画
像画素情報を記録する機能をもつ移動体検出装置
。
