続されたＰＮＰトランジスタと、モータの端子と
マイナス電源との間にそれぞれ接続されたＮＰＮ
トランジスタからなる電流切り換えのブリツヂ回
路と、前記ブリツヂ回路のＮＰＮトランジスタの
ベースとＰＮＰトランジスタのベースにコレクタ
とエミツタをそれぞれ接続した２個のベース電流
制御用トランジスタとを有し、一方のベース電流
制御用トランジスタのベースを正逆切り換え端子
に接続し、もう一方のベース電流制御用トランジ
スタのベースはインバータを介して正逆切り換え
端子に接続したことを特徴とする正逆両回転用モ
