Claims (1)
気層が形成されるように、外壁材および屋根材の
室内側に断熱材が面方向に張り巡らされた建築物
において、 屋根に配置される断熱材の一部に、前記屋根裏
空間と外気とを適宜連通する断熱性、気密性が高
い棟開閉ダンパが装着してあり、この棟開閉ダン
パの屋根裏空間側もしくは外気側に換気用フアン
が装着してあることを特徴とする建築物の棟換気
装置。 2 前記換気用フアンは、前記建築物に取り付け
た太陽電池により駆動することを特徴とする請求
項1記載の建築物の棟換気装置。 3 前記太陽電池により変換された電力を、前記
屋根裏空間の温度により前記換気用フアンと蓄電
池とに選択的に供給制御し、かつ、前記太陽電池
からの電力が所定値以下の場合には前記蓄電池か
ら前記換気用フアンに電力を供給制御するコント
ローラを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の
