[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention improves the durability and livability (temperature, humidity) of houses.
This relates to a house that has improved thermal insulation properties and prevented deterioration of insulation properties. In particular, by adding a forced factor to the natural air cycle by keeping the inside of the house, the space between the exterior walls, the attic space, the space under the floor, and the indoor space similar in temperature and humidity, it is possible to keep the interior of the house cool in summer and warm in winter by adding a forced factor to the natural air cycle. This relates to a house that allows people to spend their time comfortably in a house that does not get damp during the rainy season, and that also improves health, saves energy, and melts snow.

In general, air cycle houses have been attracting attention due to their ability to save energy and prevent deterioration of the performance of insulation materials. However, since these houses perform the air cycle only through natural ventilation, only certain rooms are heated during the winter, summer, and rainy seasons, so the air cycle does not occur reliably throughout the entire house. Ta. This is because when only one room in a house is used, the internal walls, ceiling, and shoji screens in the hallway are humidified, and only the internal space of this part increases in temperature, which is the driving force that causes the air cycle of the entire house. However, when the temperature rose to a certain height on the wall, it was lowered by other air, and at that point water condensed. Of course, since the stove etc. are on the floor, the air cycle space in the vicinity has the disadvantage of immediate condensation due to contact with the low temperature and high humidity heated air from the base, corrosion of the base, and damage to the insulation material ( It had the disadvantage of deteriorating the glass wool (like a wet rag).
Furthermore, the highly humid hot air that permeated through the ceiling came into contact with the cold air in the attic, and there was a disadvantage in that heat exchange through dehumidification did not take place and condensation water was generated in the attic.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention connects a forced circulation device that has the functions of heating, humidifying, dehumidifying (including heat exchange), and blowing air to an opening provided on the indoor side. This paper proposes a house in which the entire house is kept at approximately the same temperature and humidity in order to improve the lifespan and livability of the house by forcibly and reliably providing air cycle space according to each season.

An embodiment of the house according to the present invention will be described in detail below using the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing only the main parts of the house according to the above invention, in which 1 is the roof, 2 is the outer wall, 3 is the inner wall, 4 is the floor, 5 is the floor of the second floor, 6 is the ground, 7 is the foundation, 8 is an attic, 9 is a room on the first floor, 10 is a room on the second floor, 11 is a closed space, 1
2 is a forced circulation device installation opening (hereinafter simply referred to as installation opening); 13 is a forced circulation device (hereinafter simply referred to as circulator); 14 is a ventilation device 14a for supplying and exhausting outside air through a ventilation opening; and a lid device. 14b, and the ventilation device 14a is used to exhaust the air in the attic space 11b as necessary or to supply outside air, and is installed in the opening 12a as shown in FIG. It is something. Further, the lid device 14b is a lid device that opens and closes the underfloor ventilation port 7a, or a ventilation fan, and is used to exhaust air from the underfloor space 11c and take in outside air. Note that the ventilation device 14a and the lid device 14b either operate independently or in conjunction with each other. To explain further, the closed space 11 includes a space 11a formed between the inner and outer walls,
It is composed of three spaces: an attic space 11b and an underfloor space 11c between the floor and the ground, and these spaces are interconnected to create natural convection in the communication space of the entire house, and at the same time to perform supplementary forced convection. It is an essential airtight communicating space. Further, the mounting opening 12 is provided in at least one location (in the figure, two locations) in the closed space 11 so as to communicate with the indoor rooms 9 and 10,
Moreover, the circulator 13 is configured to be easily attached and detached. Of course, the mounting opening 12 can be arbitrarily provided at a suitable location, for example, the floor 4, the ceiling 10a, etc., and the circulator 13 can also be provided in the closed space 11 as shown by the two-dot chain line. The structure of the mounting opening 12 can be variously configured, but ○a) it should not spoil the appearance of the inner wall too much, ○b it should be easy to connect with the connecting part of the device, and ○c it should normally be a closed opening. It is equipped with the following. As an example, as shown in Figures 2a and 2b, a two-stage opening is bored in the inner wall 3 as shown in the figure, and a mounting bracket 1 is inserted into the opening.
5 is glued or inserted. A packing 16 is attached to the inside of the mounting bracket 15, and the connecting portion 17 of the circulator 13 is fitted into the packing 16, and the connecting portion 17 of the circulator 13 is rotated half a turn to form a protruding portion 15a of the mounting bracket 15.
It looks like it was formed so that it could be engaged with.
Examples of other structures include well-known screw structures and other joint engagement structures. In addition, the circulation machine 13 includes a dehumidifier, a humidifier,
It has one or more functions such as a blower, a heating machine, etc., and air cycles the closed space 11 as necessary to prevent condensation, deterioration of the insulation material, and corrosion of the constituent materials. It promotes energy conservation. Note that these circulators 13 are not constantly driven, but are driven in response to the humidity and temperature of the closed space 11.

As mentioned above, according to the house according to the present invention, energy conservation is not achieved only by natural ventilation, but by forced heating, humidification, air cycling, etc., from the floor of the house to the attic. It is characterized by homogenizing the overall temperature and humidity, greatly improving livability and energy conservation. It also has the feature of promoting the durability of houses by eliminating deterioration and corrosion of internal structural materials and insulation materials. Furthermore, it has the advantage of being able to live comfortably in summer, winter, or the rainy season without being greatly affected by the climate, and it also has the feature that it can be used regardless of whether it is a newly built house or an existing house.
