４Ｓ，４Ｋはそれぞれ測定用および校正用の受信
回路、５Ｓ，５Ｋはそれぞれ測定用および校正用
のデータ処理回路、６は計測対象物体、７は超音
波反射板である。なお、図中同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波を対象物体に向けて送信したり対象物体
    から反射してきた超音波を受信するための１個ま
    たは複数個の測定用超音波探触子と、前記測定用
    超音波探触子の近傍に配置された校正用超音波探
    触子と、前記校正用超音波探触子から一定の距離
    に設けられた超音波反射板と、前記測定用超音波
    探触子および校正用超音波探触子に送信用電気パ
    ルスを供給する送信回路と、前記測定用超音波探
    触子および校正用超音波探触子から受信した電気
    信号を増幅する受信回路と、前記受信回路から得
    られた信号を入力し、前記の校正用超音波探触子
    と超音波反射板間の距離および超音波伝搬時間と
    、前記の測定用超音波探触子から得られる超音波
    伝搬時間とを使用して、前記の測定用超音波探触
    子から対象物体までの距離を算出する手段とを具
    備したことを特徴とする超音波計測装置。
