Claims (1)
- プラズマ生成領域及びこれに連らなる試料配置
領域を備えた耐熱材製の第１のチユーブを、その
プラズマ生成領域がマイクロ波室内に位置するよ
うにしてこれに貫通させ、前記第１のチユーブの
マイクロ波室内に位置する部分のうち、マイクロ
波室へのマイクロ波導入口と対向する部分の径は
小さく、またマイクロ波室を経て試料配置領域に
向かう部分の径は大きく設定してあるプラズマ装
置であつて、前記マイクロ波室内に位置する第１
のチユーブ内に耐熱材製の第２のチユーブを挿入
し、該第２のチユーブ内に金属管を密嵌着したこ
とを特徴とするプラズマ装置。
