Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a burr after blanking from being fitted into a formed part and a die by providing an edge part for cutting an outer burr into plural ones at least on one part in either the upper or the lower dies. CONSTITUTION:A formed part 20 is set onto the lower die body 6, and the formed part 20 is fixed to the lower die body 6 by a ring holding frame 4. Subsequently, by allowing a punch 10 and the upper die body 3 to descend, an inner burr 23 and an outer burr 24 of the formed part 20 are blanked. As a result, the disk-like inner burr 23 drops down into a through-hole 15 of the lower die body 6. On the other hand, the roughly circular arc-like outer burr 24 is cut as to the vicinity of its center by an edge part 8 of an edged frame 7, becomes two pieces of outer burr scraps 25, 25, and thereafter, drops down from the lower die body 5.
