[Prior Art] Punching or drilling, which involves punching out parts from hoop material, is practiced in all fields other than the watch industry. By the way, when a product is obtained by such a punching process, burrs are formed on the outer periphery of the product, and post-processing such as removing the burrs is required.

By the way, post-processing such as deburring, heat treatment, plating, etc. does not pose any particular problem when the punched product is relatively large, and can be processed by holding an appropriate part of the product between tools.
When a product becomes a small item such as a watch part, it is difficult to hold it in place with appropriate equipment and carry out continuous post-processing in the same way. In order to deal with such problems, the following two holding structures have been considered.
In other words, a structure in which the entire circumference of the product is held connected to a hoop material, and a structure in which two or more tie bars are provided to connect the product and the hoop material have been considered. However, according to the former holding method, surface treatment of the cross section to be cut cannot be performed, burrs cannot be removed in the hoop state, and the structure of the device for separating the product from the hoop material becomes complicated. Further, there are problems such as deformation of the product due to winding of the hoop material on a reel. In addition, according to the latter holding method, the product and hoop material are only partially connected, so although the former problem is solved to some extent, there is no flexibility in the tie bar position, which limits the use of the product. There is,
Heat treatment also causes deformation, and similar to the former drawback, since there are two or more tie bars, the separation device becomes complicated, and the product is deformed when the hoop material is wound onto a reel. The holding methods conventionally considered as described above have too many problems in implementation.

[Structure of the invention] According to the invention, when manufacturing a relatively small product by drilling or punching a hoop material, the product holding structure in the hoop material processing in which the product is held, It is equipped with a tie bar part with a hole or a gap punched out and connected to the hoop material at one point around the periphery, and there is a step between the tie bar part and the product, and the lower plate has a hole that is smaller than the outer shape of the product. It has a large opening.

[Explanation of the function and effect of the invention] Therefore, when the hoop material is sandwiched between the upper plate and the lower plate and pressed during cutting, a shearing force is applied to the tie bar portion having a step, and the product is easily separated from the hoop material. Separate into The separated product then falls through the opening in the lower plate.

As described above, according to the present invention, since there is only one tie bar part, there is a degree of freedom in selecting the position of the tie bar part, and there are no restrictions on the use of the product.
In other words, by setting the tie bar at a position where burrs and the like will not affect the product, post-processing such as deburring can be performed on a large cross-sectional area other than the tie bar. Furthermore, since there is only one tie bar, there is no possibility that the product will be deformed when the hoop material is wound onto a reel. Furthermore, since there is only one tie bar and it is half cut out, the product can be separated from the hoop material using a simple device. That is, the product and the hoop material can be separated by simply sandwiching them between the upper and lower plates.

Since there is a gap or void space around the outer periphery of the product, it is easy to process the cross section, and the product can be separated without getting caught in the hoop material. Furthermore, since an opening larger than the outer size of the product is provided in the lower plate, the product can be dropped downward through this opening, making separation work easy.

As shown in FIG. 1, a hollow space or gap 3 is punched in the hoop material 1 using tools such as a punch and die (not shown), leaving the small product 2 intact. Product 2 has an L-shape when viewed from above. A tie bar portion 4 is left in one place, and the product 2 is held by the hoop material 1 by this tie bar portion.
It is in a state of being combined with. The tie bar part 4 is

By punching the void 3 with a punch or the like, the product remains, but at this time the tie bar portion 4 is half punched out. The half-cut state H is shown in FIG. In this way, the tie bar part between the hoop material 1 and the product 2 is half cut out to form a stepped part so that the material is misaligned in the shear direction and a step is created between the product 2 and the hoop material 1. The product can be easily separated from the hoop material.

That is, as shown in FIG.
0 to press the top surface of the hoop material 1, and the lower plate 11 to press the product 2.
When the product 2 and the hoop material 1 are sandwiched and held so that the product 2 is flush with the hoop material, the half-cut tie bar portion 4 is separated. If an opening 13 larger than the product 2 is provided in the lower plate 11, the separated product 2 will fall downward through the opening 13 by simply loosening the grip, as shown in FIG. In this way, since the tie bar portion 4 is half cut out, the product can be separated by simply holding it between the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 11, which simplifies the separation device. In addition, tie bar part 4
When the product 2 is held on the hoop material 1 by the hoop material 1, deburring the product or polishing the outer peripheral cross section
Furthermore, processing such as heat treatment and plating is performed. This processing can be carried out using the empty space 3. Although it is not possible to process the parts connected to the tie bars, this part has been selected so that it does not require deburring, so it will not affect the quality of the finished product.

[Summary] As detailed above, according to the present invention, the product is connected to the hoop material by a tie bar at one location, so the cross-sectional surface treatment area for deburring etc. is increased, and the product is can increase value. Moreover, since there is only one tie bar part, there is a degree of freedom in determining the position of the tie bar part, and the product is not deformed by winding up the hoop material on a reel. Further, according to the present invention, the tie bar portion is cut in half so that a step is created between the product and the hoop material, so the tie bar portion can be easily cut. It can be separated using a simple device that separates the upper and lower plates with a small amount of force.
