Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)順送される板材に、貫通孔を形成するための穴抜
き加工、および、外形形状を形成するための打抜き加工
を施して、貫通孔の形成される有穴部材を製造する有穴
部材のプレス加工方法において、前記板材に、パンチを
ダイ内に挿入せずに途中で止める半抜き加工を行ない凸
状外郭を形成する半抜き加工工程と、この半抜き加工工
程の後、板材と未分離状態の部材に穴抜き加工を行ない
貫通孔を形成する穴抜き加工工程と、この穴抜き加工工
程の後、前記板材に打抜き加工を行ない板材から有穴部
材を分離する打抜き加工工程とを有することを特徴とす
る有穴部材のプレス加工方法。

行ない板材から有穴部材を分離する打抜き加工部とを有
することを特徴とする有穴部材のプレス加工装置。
