第１図は本考案による電動式駆動装置を示す断
面図、第２図は従来の電動式駆動装置を示す断面
図、第３図はそのクラツチ部を拡大して二つの状
態において示す断面図である。 図において、７は出力歯車、１０は出力軸、１
１はクラツチ装置、１２はピン、１３は第一クラ
ツチ板、８は第二クラツチ板、８ａは第二クラツ
チ板の周辺の歯、１４はヨーク、１５はクラツチ
コイル、３０はロータガイド部、３１はスリーブ
ベアリングである。なお、各図中同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 モータの駆動力を出力ギアに伝達する複数の段
    付きギアと、上記出力ギアの側端部にリターンば
    ねで結合されＯＦＦ状態に出力軸の外周を空転し
    かつＯＮ状態時にクラツチコイルの励磁電流によ
    り吸引トルクを可変制御して上記出力ギアを出力
    軸に結合させてモータトルクをこの出力軸に伝達
    させるクラツチ装置と、上記出力軸の一端に固定
    され負荷駆動用ワイヤを駆動するための回動レバ
    ーとを備え、前記クラツチ装置は前記クラツチコ
    イルを内蔵してフレームに固着されたヨークと、
    このヨークに対して回転可能に装着されてヨーク
    と磁路を形成する第一クラツチ板と、前記出力歯
    車の側面において軸方向に可動に装着された第二
    クラツチ板とからなる電動式駆動装置において、 前記第一クラツチ板を前記出力軸に固着するた
    めのロータガイド部は前記出力歯車の方に延びて
    このロータガイド部の上に前記出力歯車のハブが
    回転可能に装着されており、かつ前記出力軸を直
    接にスリーブベアリングで前記ヨークの中心に回
    転可能に支持したことを特徴とする電動式駆動装
    置。
