Claims (1)
- 清浄エアにより清浄度が保持されたクリーンル
ーム内の局所作業部にて発生する塵埃、ガスの発
出部をチヤンバで覆い、このチヤンバ内にさらに
フイルタを通過した吹出流を供給して、発生した
塵埃、ガスをクリーンルーム内に拡散させない排
気手段を有してクリーンルーム内に設置されたド
ラフトチヤンバにおいて、前記チヤンバ内に供給
する吹出流の吸気源を外気を主としたことを特徴
とするドラフトチヤンバ。
