Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 筒状容器の両端に流入口と流出口を設け、
内部に螺線状の右回りスクリユーと左回りスクリ

の外縁を該容器の内壁に密接してなることを特徴
とする気液混合装置。 (2) 円筒状容器本体の両開放端に、内部に連通
する流入口又は流出口を開設したフランジを固着
して容器を形成するとともに、該容器の中心に同
軸となして配した支持杆の両端を両フランジに固
定し、そして該支持杆と容器内壁間にそれぞれ密
接状態で帯状板体を螺線状に巻回固定してスクリ
ユーを形成し且つ該スクリユーを所定間隔を隔て
て右回りと左回りに交互に複数形成してなること
を特徴とする気液混合装置。 (3) エジエクタにより気体を吸い込んだ原液を
加圧ポンプにより加圧し、コンプレツサーにより
発生された圧縮気体とともに、筒状容器の両端に
流入口と流出口を設け、内部に螺線状の右回りス
クリユーと左回りスクリユーをそれぞれ少なくと
も1つ以上交互に所定間隔を隔てて同軸となして
固定し且つ両スクリユーの外縁を該容器の内壁に
密接してなる気液混合装置の前記流入口に供給し
、該気液混合装置内で気体を混合溶解した溶解液
を作り、前記流出口から流出する溶解液を該溶解
液中に含まれる余剰気体を開放し得るタンクに導
いて貯留し、該タンクに形成した供給口から溶解
液を減圧して適宜取り出せるようになしたことを
特徴とする微細気泡発生装置。 (4) 前記加圧ポンプとして、インペラーを内装
した渦流式加圧ポンプを用いてなる実用新案登録
