Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 セラミツク粉末とゴムとからなるバツキング基
台と、該基台上に被着され導電物質粉末とゴムと
からなる下側電極と、該下側電極上に被着され圧
電物質粉末とゴムとからなる圧電層と、該圧電層
上に被着され導電物質粉末とゴムとからなる上側
電極と、上記下側電極と電気的に接続する第１導
電リードと、上記上側電極と電気的に接続する第
２導電リードと、インピーダンス変換器と、を具
備する超音波探触子において、 上記基台の底面には、上記上側電極及び下側電
極と接続され導電物質粉末とゴムとからなる導電
回路が被着形成され、上記インピーダンス変換器
は上記基台の底面に固定され上記導電回路と接続
されることを特徴とするインピーダンス変換器を
備えた超音波探触子。
