Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定側コネクタブロツクと対向する流体シリン
ダ駆動の可動側コネクタブロツクを、固定側コネ
クタブロツクに対し前進させて圧接させることに
より、双方のコネクタブロツクの流体通路同士を
接続して所定の流体を供給するようにした流体供
給継手において、 可動側コネクタブロツクを兼ねたピストンを有
するシリンダと、 ピストンに形成されて、一端がシリンダのヘツ
ド側圧力室と連通するとともに他端が固定側コネ
クタブロツクの流体通路と接続されるピストン側
流体通路と、 ピストンに設けられて、ピストンが前記ヘツド
側圧力室への流体供給によつてストローク限位置
まで移動したのちに前記ピストン側流体通路を開
いて、ヘツド側圧力室から固定側コネクタブロツ
ク側の流体通路への流体供給を許容するチエツク
バルブ、 とを備えたことを特徴とする流体供給継手。
