Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 顕微鏡を立設支持するブラケツトと、ブラケツ
トを昇降案内可能に位置決め支持する焦準ブロツ
クと、焦準ブロツクを支持するブロツク支持部と
、ブラケツトを介して顕微鏡を微動する焦準用微
動手段を具備して成る顕微鏡の焦準用支持装置に
おいて、 ブロツク支持部に焦準ブロツクを昇降案内可能
に設けるとともに、減圧ばねで焦準ブロツクを減
量可能に支持し、焦準用微動手段を焦準ブロツク
に固設した被吊持具と、被吊持具を持ち上げ方向
へのみ伝動可能に吊持する吊持具と、吊持具を所
定ストローク内で位置決め可能に微動昇降する駆
動手段とで構成したことを特徴とする顕微鏡の焦
準用支持装置。
