の温度を測定する測定手段と、前記固体レーザ媒
質からのレーザ発振出力をモニタするモニタ手段
と、前記測定手段の測定結果と前記モニタ手段の
モニタ結果とに応じて前記固体レーザ媒質を冷却
する冷却手段とを有することを特徴とするダイオ
