Claims (1)
- 気体軸受及びダンパにより回転軸をハウジング
内に回転可能に支持し、同気体軸受及び同ダンパ
の高真空側を非接触ねじシールによりシールする
真空ポンプにおいて、前記非接触ねじシールを、
前記ハウジンクに取付けた多段の高真空側非接触
ねじシールと、前記気体軸受及びダンパに取付け
た低真空側非接触ねじシールとにより構成し、同
気体軸受及び同ダンパの軸方向変位のみを同低真
空側非接触ねじシールを介して拘束するストツパ
を上記ハウジングに取付けたことを特徴とする真
空ポンプのシール装置。
