Claims (1)
- 一対のロータの軸受部を潤滑している油がロー
タ側に洩れないようにオイルシールにてシールし
ている真空ポンプにおいて、前記オイルシール部
の空間に臨ませて潤滑油の温度を検知する温度セ
ンサを設け、該温度センサからの出力がある一定
値に達したとき真空ポンプを停止する制御部を設
けたことを特徴とする真空ポンプ。
