Claims (1)
- 鋳型の正面に位置し鋳型内のワークを取り出す
ワーク取り出し装置と、ワークを懸吊し回動する
ワーク旋回装置と、ワーク移載ロボツトと、湯口
折りプレスとを有し、上記ワーク取り出し装置は
架台に取付けられワーク取り出し爪を下端に備え
る移動部材を有し、該移動部材はシリンダーに内
蔵し鋳型の進行方向に前後進するロツドに連結し
、上記ワーク旋回装置は前方にワークを受け取る
ワーク懸吊ピンと、該懸吊ピンを左右に回動せし
める駆動源を有し、ワークを受け取り湯口折りプ
レスのワーク排出テーブルにワークを載置するワ
ーク移載ロボツトと、上記湯口折りプレスは上方
にプレスを備え、下方のスライドテーブルは後端
のシリンダーに内蔵せるロツドに連結し、スライ
ドテーブル上にはワーク排出テーブルを蝶設し、
該ワーク排出テーブルは前端に固着せるラツクと
噛合するピニオンを有することを特徴とするワー
ク取り出し設備。
