Claims (1)
植設された分割電極に対して、その一つの方向に
並んだ一列毎の分割電極に、それぞれ着脱自在な
バラスト抵抗を一列分収納した冷却容器を複数個
設け、これらの冷却容器内に水で冷却される熱伝
導率の大きい冷却部材を取り付け、この冷却部材
に前記バラスト抵抗を絶縁部材を挾んで張り付け
