準物質容器が載置され、均熱ブロツクからの熱エ
ネルギーを試料及び標準物質に与え又は試料及び
標準物質からの熱エネルギーを奪うとともに、温
度検出を行なう試料載置台を兼ねる検出器におい
て、試料容器が載置される試料台部分と均熱ブロ
ツクの間、及び標準物質容器が載置される標準物
質台部分と均熱ブロツクの間に、蛇行した形状で
高熱抵抗の熱流路が形成されていることを特徴と
する検出器。 (2) 1枚の金属板から打ち抜いて制作されてい
