成した複数個の弧状正特性発熱体を組合せて、全
体として内径孔を有するリング状とした発熱部を
有することを特徴とする発熱装置。 (2) 前記正特性発熱体は、少なくとも電極の一
方が電気的に互いに独立していることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の発熱装
置。 (3) 多数の貫通孔を開口させ開口面に電極を形
成した複数個の弧状正特性発熱体を組合せて、全
体として内径孔を有するリング状とした発熱部と
、前記発熱部の前記内径孔上に回転軸を位置させ
て前記正特性発熱体の一面側に配置されこフアン
