Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 低剛性材料によつて形成された軸受ハウジング
部と略半円形状の軸受キヤツプとの間に略半円形
状の一対の平軸受を円形状に組合わせた軸受本体
が装着され、この軸受本体を介してジヤーナル部
を軸支するとともに、前記平軸受に流体潤滑によ
るくさび作用を促進するオイルリリーフ量bおよ
び前記平軸受の組込み時の合せ面方向のずれや潰
れによる前記ジヤーナル部との接触を避けるクラ
ツシユリリーフ量dが適宜設定され、かつ前記平
軸受の頂部の厚さ寸法t0に対して、前記平軸受
の端縁位置から適宜の設定距離aの地点の前記平
軸受の厚さ寸法t1が t1=t0−b 前記平軸受の端縁位置の厚さ寸法t2が t2=t0−d にそれぞれ設定され、前記平軸受の端縁位置から
適宜の設定距離c(a≧c)の地点から前記平軸
受の端縁位置までの厚さ寸法tをt2まで漸次変
化させたエンジンの軸受構造において、前記オイ
ルリリーフ量bおよび前記クラツシユリリーフ量
dを b=±x1≒0、d=±x2≒0 にそれぞれ設定し、かつ前記平軸受のオイルリリ
ーフ部およびクラツシユリリーフ部の厚さ寸法t
1,t2を t1≧t0,t2≧t0 にそれぞれ設定したことを特徴とするエンジンの
軸受構造。
