Claims (1)
- ロボツトに保持される有底筒状のシリンダにフ
リーピストンを摺動可能に内装し、前記シリンダ
の開口端部内に、一端に治工具を持つ支持ロツド
の他端を抜けが規制されたボールジヨイントユニ
ツトを介して係着し、前記フリーピストンと前記
ボールジヨイントユニツトのボール部とに、相互
に傾斜面を当接させて凹、凸部嵌合する係合部を
設け、前記フリーピストンと前記シリンダの底部
とで画成される圧力室に臨むシリンダ壁にエアポ
ートを設け、かつ前記シリンダの底部に、前記フ
リーピストンの後退に追従して摺動しエア逃がし
孔を開放するエア抜きピストンを設けたことを特
徴とするロボツト用衝突保護装置。
