Claims (1)
- 被加工部材の端面を吸着して位置決めする真空
チヤツクと、圧縮空気により作動するピストンに
より開閉し、前記被加工部材の内周を把持するコ
レツトチヤツクとを同心上に一体に配設し、前記
真空及び圧縮空気をそれぞれ前記真空チヤツク及
びピストンに選択的に供給するロータリジヨイン
トを設けたことを特徴とするチヤツキング機構。
