Claims (1)
- 基板に貫通孔が形成され、該貫通孔の両端の周
縁に導電箔からなる導電箔層が形成されており、
該貫通孔には基板表裏面間の導通用の第１の導電
ペーストが充填され、該第１の導電ペーストと接
触するように平面配線パターン形成用の第２の導
電ペーストが印刷されたスルーホール印刷配線板
において、前記導電箔層の一部に切欠が形成され
、該切欠部分で前記第１及び第２のの導電ペース
トが互いに接続されてなることを特徴とするスル
ーホール印刷配線板。
