Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a flat double woven fabric in high efficiency by dividing threads from multiple bobbin winders into two or more groups, weaving a double plain cloth from individual groups and assembling them. CONSTITUTION: This double plain cloth is formed by dividing threads drawn out from multiple bobbin winders installed on a number of spindle shafts of a braiding machine into at least two knitting groups according to the color and the kinds of threads, assembling double plain weave fabrics comprising a surface and a back cloths each composed of the each thread group, forming the flat double woven fabrics by connecting the double plain weave fabrics only at both ends of the cloths. Patterns are formed by braiding two pairs of knitting yarns instantaneously exchanged at a proper position as the constituent yarns of the opposite cloths.

Traditionally, torsion lace machines have been used to produce various types of decorative lace for clothing, tablecloths, and other decorative fabrics.
They are produced in the form of a flat cloth formed by thread removal, or in a cylindrical shape without thread removal.

On the other hand, in a torsion lace machine, as is well known, the braided yarn is collected and wound in the center of the machine frame from a bobbin fitted to a spindle shaft that is set up on spindle plates arranged on the circumference. By controlling the rotation of the spindle plate and exchanging adjacent bobbins for each desired braiding row, the combined braided threads are braided while being separated by a knife. According to this braiding method, the above-mentioned flat Braiding of fabrics and cylindrical fabrics is particularly problematic.

However, in the past, when Obijime was manufactured by one hand, it was possible to manufacture only one to a few pieces per person per day if the obijime was made of double-bagged fabric and had a tight weave. . Furthermore, when forming a bag using a conventional mechanical braiding method such as the above-mentioned braiding method, it is not possible to obtain a sufficiently dense and stiff bag. Braiding as a fabric was not possible.

The present inventor has solved the above-mentioned drawbacks, and has created a fabric that can be efficiently braided using a conventional torsion lace machine, has a pattern exposed at an appropriate position in a flat bag fabric, and has a tight weave. The aim is to provide a method that allows this.

In the braiding method of the present invention, thread-wound bobbins arranged in parallel on the circumference are divided into at least 2M braid groups each having a different thread color/or thread type, and the braided threads fed from each group are not combined with each other but are arranged independently. Braided and double plain fabric,
A flat bag fabric is formed by connecting and braiding only at both ends of the front and back fabrics, and the two sets of braided threads are instantly replaced at appropriate positions and braided as constituent threads of the fabrics on opposite sides to form a pattern. This is what I did.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically showing a part of the braiding main part of a torsion lace machine obtained by implementing the braiding method of the present invention, and 1o is a spindle plate provided in parallel on the circumference. , 11 is a spindle shaft, 12 is a bobbin, the bobbin 12 is fitted into the spindle shaft 11 which is erected on the spindle plate 10, and the braided yarn 13 wound around the bobbin 12 is connected to the yarn feeder 14. From there, the yarn is collected into the center section 15 of the machine frame. Reference numerals 16 and 17 denote knives divided into odd-numbered rows and even-numbered rows, and by alternately rotating the even-numbered portions and the odd-numbered portions of the spindle plate 10 by 180 degrees, each adjacent spindle shaft 11.
The position of 11 is swapped, and the bobbin 12 becomes the bobbin 12.
The braided yarns 13.13 fed from the above are also combined, and the knives 16.17 act alternately on the combined braided yarns.
The fabric 21 is wound up by the winding rollers 18, 19, and 20.

Here, in this example, a torsion lace machine with 96 spindles (spindle shaft) specifications is used, but the one actually used in this formation is 77 spindles, and the range shown by S in Fig. 3 is It uses a spindle plate 10, and the total number of knives is 48 around the entire circumference, which is half that of a lace machine with a normal number of spindles. Therefore, the number of knives in even-numbered rows and odd-numbered rows is 24 each. Of these, only the knife corresponding to the above-mentioned working range S is involved in the braiding. In Figure 0, only a part of the bobbin and the braiding thread are shown for the sake of simplification, but in reality, the knife corresponding to the working range S is The number of required numbers is provided in the following. 22
is a bushing, which is fitted into a bush holder 23. The bushing 22 has a rectangular opening 24 slightly forward of the center thereof, and the braided thread unwound from each bobbin 12 can be inserted into the bushing 22. 13 is passed through the opening 24 from below to above in a tensioned state. Furthermore knife 16,1
The shape of the contour part 25 at the working tip when the bushings 7 are assembled in the center part 15 of the machine frame is a non-circular shape that corresponds to the shape of the bushing 22, and in the embodiment, it is an elliptical shape that is long in the left-right direction of the race machine. This improves the tightness of the combined braided threads and provides a beautiful appearance to the single braided product.

Therefore, the number of braided yarns divided into two braided groups is 0.
mark and Δ mark, the fabric on the front side is braided with the braided yarn Δ without crossing each other except at the outer edge in one period R of the spindle plate. At the same time, the fabric on the back side is braided using Ig braid thread 0.

are combined, connected and braided to form a flat bag fabric as a whole. The braid threads are inserted vertically into the bag fabric near both edges, but this thread is not necessarily inserted and cannot be used. The type of braided yarn to be used can be selected depending on the type of yarn to be used.

When forming a pattern, for example, at position C in the figure, where the braided thread 0 and the braided thread Δ are adjacent, the spindle plate 11 is actuated to switch their mutual positions, thereby instantly separating the front and back braided threads Δ and 0. This allows them to be braided as component threads of fabrics on opposite sides. As a result, patterns 26 of different types or colors are formed on the front and back by replacing the braided threads on the front and back at the positions where the pattern is formed.

In the above example, there are 25 braided threads on each side, but the number can be increased or decreased depending on the width of the fabric, and the braided structure is not limited to the above example. The bobbins may be moved so that they are braided independently of each other.

According to the above-described braiding method of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently produce one to several braids per hour that have the same appearance and quality as the obijime that was conventionally produced by hand. It is something.
