等手段によつて固定されているのが一般的であ
る。一部ミシン機械が移動できるものとして本出
願人が開発した実開昭56−45470号公報記載の自
動布団縫いミシンが知られている。これはミシン
頭部及びベツトを所定位置まで摺動させることに
よつて他の位置でもミシン機械を作動させること
が出来る様にしたものである。

の縫製装置ではミシン頭部、ベツト毎にボルトナ
ツトを緩めてミシン頭部、ベツトを動かしてその
都度所定の位置、角度に調整して固定するもので
あるため非常に手間のかかる作業となつていた。
又前記実開昭56−45470号公報記載の自動布団縫
いミシンではミシン頭部、ベツトともに移動でき
てその間隔を調整自在としているがミシン頭部の
伝動機構がギヤの横移動によるギヤの噛合、ギヤ
の交代によるため及びベツトの移動がその取付位
置によつて限定されたものであるため、ミシン頭
部、ベツトは限られた特定の位置への移動しか許
されるものでなかつた。更にミシン頭部の移動に
よつて僅かでもミシン頭部が回動すればミシン針
とベツトとがずれてミシン頭部の前後回転の微調
整作業が必要となつて煩わしいばかりか時間のか
かる作業となつていた。

提供せんとするものであり、その要旨は門型機枠
1に設けたガイドレール5にミシン頭部2を垂設
したミシン頭部取付台車6を摺動自在に取付け、
同機枠に沿つてミシン頭部駆動用スプラインシヤ
フト7を架設し、同スプラインシヤフトと摺動自
在に噛合する中軸受部9の軸受8をミシン頭部取
付台車6に固設し、同中軸受部9とミシン頭部2
の作動軸とをベルト等によつて伝動させ、又門型
機枠1の下方に横架した中程横枠3に設けた走行
レール25にベツト取付台車19を機枠方向に摺
動自在に取付け、同中程横枠に沿つてベツト駆動
用スプラインシヤフト17を架設し、同スプライ
ンシヤフト17と摺動自在に噛合する中軸受部2
1の軸受18をベツト取付台車19に固設し、同
中軸受部とベツト作動軸22とをギヤ等で伝動さ
せたことを特徴とする縫製装置にある。
