つて挿入されるニードル弁を具えた受圧部材が流
入口側の弁箱内に軸方向の移動が可能なように配
設され、前記流入口から流入する緩衝用流体の流
入口側の弁箱内圧力が所定圧力を超えたときにニ
ードル弁の大径部が弁口に位置し、かつ前記流入
口側の弁箱内圧力が所定圧力に達していないとき
にニードル弁の小径部が弁口に位置するように前
記受圧部材を弁口部材側に付勢する付勢部材が配
