Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１のシリンダに内挿した第１のピストン
を中空ステムの一端近傍に取り付け、第２のシリ
ンダに内挿した第２のピストンを前記中空ステム
に貫挿したステムの一端近傍に取り付け、前記中
空ステムの他端近傍に第１および第２のポート相
互の連通を開閉する第１の弁部の弁体を取り付け
、前記ステムの他端近傍に第１および第３のポー
ト相互の連通を開閉する第２の弁部の弁体を取り
付け、前記各弁体の動作をスプリングの弾発力と
前記各シリンダに対する圧力の給排により制御す
ることを特徴とする三方弁。 (2) 前記各弁部がスプリングの弾発力により常
態閉の姿勢をとり、該弾発力に抗する正圧の導入
により開弁されるものであることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の三方弁。 (3) 前記各弁部がスプリングの弾発力に抗する
正圧の供給により常態閉の姿勢をとり、該圧力の
排出により開弁されるものであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の三方弁。
