る隙間部分に、難燃性樹脂材料からなるパテ状シ
ール材６を充填堆積すると共に、仕切板５の鍔９
の外周には、直接又は、前記シール材６の層を介
して、不燃又は難燃性シート１０を用いて、ケー
ブル１、ケーブルラツク２及び仕切板５を外周か
ら包被し、不燃性バンド８で外側から前記シート
１０が密着するように結束して構成したことを特
