ール材6を充填堆積すると共に、仕切板5の鍔9
の外周には、直接又は、前記シール材6の層を介
して、不燃又は難燃性シート10を用いて、ケー
ブル1、ケーブルラツク2及び仕切板5を外周か
ら包被し、不燃性バンド8で外側から前記シート
10が密着するように結束して構成したことを特
