Description

【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

この考案は騒音を抑制した閉鎖配電盤に関す
る。 しや断器、変圧器等振動を発する電気機器を収
納した閉鎖配電盤にあつては、前記電気機器の振
動が閉鎖配電盤の底板、側面板、天井板、扉等に
伝わつて騒音を発生するため好ましいものではな
い。この考案は以上の点に留意し閉鎖配電盤の底
板、側面板、天井板、扉等にアクリル系高分子材
料から成る粘弾性体を貼着したことを特徴とす
る。 以下この考案の一実施例を第1図乃至第5図に
ついて説明する。第1図において1は閉鎖配電
盤、2は内部に収納した振動を発する電気機器、
3は扉である。 第2図、第3図はそれぞれ第1図のA−A′線、
B−B′線で切断した図であり、4は底板、5は
両側面板、6は天井板である。 而して本考案は前記底板4、両側面板5、天井
板6等の内面に粘弾性体を貼着したものである。
具体的には第4図で示すように底板4等の内面に
アクリル系高分子材料からなる粘弾性体7を貼り
更にその上にアルミニユーム板等の拘束板8を貼
り合せる。 而して上記構成によれば静止状態での粘弾性体
7は長い鎖状の分子同志が不規則にからみあつて
いるが、底板4の振動に伴なう変形によつて長い
鎖状の分子が延ばされたり滑つたりするようにな
る。つまり粘弾性体7が変形を受け内部抵抗を生
じ、これが熱エネルギーに変換せしめられること
によつて振動を減衰する作用をなすものである。 従つて振動を熱エネルギーにして吸収するた
め、振動や固体音がなくなり、騒音を抑制するこ
とができるようになる。 本考案の作用効果を具体的数値に基いて説明す
る。 すなわち第5図に示す如き盤巾が800mmで、奥
行800mm、1400mm、800mmの各閉鎖配電盤1を6基
列盤構成し、中央の盤内部に400KVAの変圧器2
を収納し、各変圧器1の直下(底板内面上)に粘
弾性体7と拘束板8を貼り合せたものを貼着しな
いときの、各測定点A〜Fにおける騒音は次の通
りであつた。 なお、各測定点A〜Fは側面板5より1000mm及
び地上より1000mmの高さである。
