Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はケーブルダクト用防火装置の改良に関
し、特に防火性を有すると共にケーブルダクトに
浸水が生じても遮水性を有するケーブルダクト用

火災が発生すると、火災現場には備え付けのス
プリンクラーや消防車等から多量に放水される。
このような火災現場にケーブルダクトが配設され
ていた場合、該ダクトを通じて火災現場から離れ
て設置されている配電盤、操作盤まで走水し、電
気系統に甚大な損害を及ぼすことがあつた。一方
このようなケーブルダクトもダクト内に配設した
電線を通じて延焼する惧れがあるため、適宜の間
隔、場所においてケーブルダクトを長手方向にお
いて仕切る防火仕切り壁を設ける方向にあり、い
くつかの防火仕切り壁構造が提案されているが、
いずれも上記のケーブルダクトを通じての走水阻
止の必要性は看過したものである。そこで、本考
案者らは、上記遮水性を加味した遮水性防火仕切
り壁をいくつか提案しているが、ケーブルダクト
を垂直或は斜めに布設した場合は、消火時にケー
ブルダクトを伝つてきた水が遮水性防火仕切り壁
部の上方に溜り遂には水圧により仕切り壁が脱落

で仕切ると共に、ケーブルダクトの該仕切り壁の
上側の端面部近傍に排水口を設けたことを特徴と

て、1はケーブルダクト、2は多条電線、3は遮
水性防火仕切り壁であり、4はケーブルダクト用
の蓋である。11はケーブルダクトの該仕切り壁
3の上側の端面30部近傍に設けた排水口であ
る。勿論排水口は1ケでも複数でも良い。設ける
位置は、ケーブルダクトの底或は側壁のいずれで
も良く、又、場合によつては蓋4に設けるように
しても良い。遮水性防火仕切り壁3は例えば、次
のように構成する。即ち、ケーブルダクト1の内
壁に遮水性防火材である発泡性防火パテ層31を
形成して後、多条電線2の一本一本を発泡シート
32で包んだものを前記発泡性防火パテ層31に
押しつけながら積層し、さらに該多条電線の上部
とケーブルダクトの内壁間の空間を遮水性防火材
である発泡性防火パテの壁33で閉塞してダムを
形成し、しかるのち、ダムの上部に常温硬化型の
防火性シーラント34を注入固化して成る。多条
電線の場合、各線間の間隙からの走水を防止する
ため上記のようにダムを形成して防火性シーラン
トを注入固化するごとくしているが、線心数が少
ない場合は発泡性防火パテのみによつて遮水性防
火仕切り壁3を形成してもよい。発泡性防火パテ
及び防火性シーラントとしては例えば「DFパテ
A」及び「DFシール」(いずれも大日日本電線商

用遮水性防火装置においては、遮水性防火仕切り
壁の上側の端面部近傍に排水口を設けたので、垂
直或は斜めに布設したケーブルダクトを通つて遮
水性防火仕切り壁部に致達しても、前記排水口か
ら排水されるため、該仕切り壁部に水が溜ること
がない。従つて、前記防火仕切り壁が該仕切り壁
の上側に溜つた水の圧力で脱落する惧れがなく、
火災時においても仕切り壁の遮水性、防火性を充
分保証し得る。又、一般に脱落防止の手段として
は、仕切り壁を下方から支える部材をケーブルダ
クト内に固設することが考えられるが、これに比
べ本考案では、ケーブルダクトに排水口をあける
というきわめて簡単な構造で脱落を防止すること
