Claims (1)
- 磁気デイスク基板の表裏両面に行なうスパツタ
成膜工程に際し、デイスク基板のセンタ穴に装着
して該穴を塞ぐプラグ状のスパツタ成膜用治具で
あつて、デイスク基板のセンタ穴径より一回り径
小な外径寸法に定めたプラグ基部に対し、該プラ
グ基部と偏心してその片側端面の周域に張出すデ
イスク基板のセンタ穴より若干径大なフランジ部
と、プラグ基部の周面に沿いその周域の一部に成
形したデイスク基板の嵌合溝とを形成して成るこ
とを特徴とする磁気デイスクのスパツタ成膜用治
具。
