る時間測定手段と、 該時間測定手段で測定された時間Ｔｆで前記計
数手段で計数されたパルス数Ｐを割ることにより
、前記パルス信号の周波数ｆを演算する周波数演
算手段と を有することを特徴とする周波数測定装置。 (2) 前記時間測定手段は、 予め定められたクロツク周波数ｆｃを持つクロ
ツクを発生する基準発振器と、 該基準発振器のクロツクを、前記計数手段で計
数したパルス数Ｐだけ前記パルス信号のパルスを
計数するのに必要な時間Ｔｆの間カウントし、そ
のクロツク数Ｐｃを計数するクロツク計数手段と
、 該クロツク計数手段で計数されたクロツク数Ｐ
ｃを前記基準発振器の前記クロツク周波数ｆｃで
割ることにより前記時間Ｔｆを演算する時間演算
