に挿通して支持される接続部材を介して接続させ
ると共に、該接続部材に調整子を設け、該調整子
を前記クランクケースと該ケースを覆うカバーと
の間に内蔵させたことを特徴とする。

内に軸支される揺動レバ16とから成り、そのレ
バ16の他端を、エンジン回転数に応じる動力源
18に連結したもので該動力源18は、クランク
軸19に設けたドライブギヤ20により駆動され
る水ポンプ21のポンプ軸22に設けられる遠心
ガバナー装置23としたもので、該装置23はポ
ンプ軸22のドリブンギヤ24のボス部に形成さ
れる放射状の長孔24aに嵌合されるボール25
と該ボール25を挟持するようポンプ軸22に設
けられる一対の斜板26,26とからなり該斜板
26の一方にレリーズ27を介して前記揺動レバ
16の他端は連結され更に前記接続部材35のレ
バ16はその揺動位置を外部から調整されるよう
に調整子36に当接させ、該調整子36はレバ1
6の一端に突設したピン28と該ピン28に当接
すべく、ばね30で弾発されるリテーナ31と該
リテーナ31の弾発力を調整すべくクランクケー
ス14に設けた調整ねじ29とから成り、その調
